Sangfor's Strategy for Securing Digital Infrastructure
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Cyber Security Consultant at Sangfor Technologies Indonesia, Akhmad Rezha, stated that Sangfor adopts a holistic and comprehensive approach, not only for infrastructure but also for cybersecurity to secure digital infrastructure.
Furthermore, Sangfor Technologies Indonesia does not merely provide the technology side but also a platform for the security operations centre.
“Our approach is to provide one technology. Then we synergise the people and processes within it,” Rezha explained to CNBC Indonesia, quoted on Thursday (7/5/2026).
He detailed that at Sangfor, besides technology, people and processes are adopted to deliver a complete solution. Both are defined and processed by Sangfor as part of the provided solution.
It does not stop there; Sangfor Technologies Indonesia also monitors continuously 24 hours a day, seven days a week to run security operations. This is done to ensure the security of existing infrastructure.
“Then the processes are also defined by us, so that colleagues who may not be accustomed or may have limitations in terms of human resources on the security side can be assisted. So that’s what we do, to make the infrastructure and security solutions connected. Not just silos separated, not just technology that becomes a burden for the organisation or adds complexity to IT operations,” Rezha concluded.
Previously, Rezha also explained that not many industries focus on cybersecurity. He observed that only the government and the banking sector have comprehensive cybersecurity.
“When there is digital transformation, cyber security risks also lurk, but most organisations or industries only focus on infrastructure. Whereas it’s not just that, but it needs support from IT and OT for sustainable and secure business,” Rezha stated.
Seeing this, according to Rezha, Sangfor Indonesia has an integrated solution for cybersecurity. He said that Sangfor has been moving in technology security from the start, which continues to grow in infrastructure and also virtualisation.
“The cybersecurity we prepare is by design, so we ensure all ‘gaps’ are filled and converged end-to-end with IT and OT for security,” Rezha concluded.
