PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (SANF) has once again been awarded the Diamond accolade for Most Strategic Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance, Category Prosper B, at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Award (IRCA) 2026. The award was presented at an event held at Hotel Le Méridien Jakarta on Friday, 22 March 2026.

The event, organised by Hukumonline, recognises companies excelling in regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

“This award demonstrates SANF’s commitment to consistently and sustainably implementing regulatory compliance and sound corporate governance,” stated SANF’s management in a release on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

IRCA 2026 saw 131 companies from 23 industrial sectors participate. Evaluations were conducted via self-assessment methods covering legal compliance implementation, corporate governance innovation, and ongoing regulatory monitoring.

The award was received by SANF management representative Davin Susanto in the presence of industry players, legal practitioners, and representatives from various sectors.

“This achievement continues SANF’s previous similar accolades,” the statement added.

The IRCA 2026 evaluation process also referenced ASEAN-level corporate governance standards. This approach aims to encourage Indonesian companies to adopt business governance aligned with regional and global developments.

SANF views the award as motivation to further strengthen compliance culture, integrity, and governance innovation amid the evolving financing industry landscape.

“This success is expected to further motivate the company to uphold integrity and bolster compliance culture in facing future business dynamics,” wrote SANF’s management.

PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance is a joint venture owned by PT Astra International Tbk through PT Sedaya Multi Investama (60%), Marubeni Corporation Group (35%), and PT Marubeni Indonesia (5%).

The company operates in investment and working capital financing, including leasing services, sale and leaseback, business financing facilities, and factoring.
