Sandiaga Uno Officially Becomes a Grandfather, Joyfully Announces First Grandchild

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Former Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno has officially become a grandfather. In tears, he announced the birth of his first grandchild on Instagram.

Not specifying the baby’s gender, Sandi referred to his grandchild as ‘Baby A.’ The grandchild is the child of Sandi’s eldest daughter, Atheera, and Panji.

‘Moved, proud, and grateful all merged into one when I first saw Baby A. MasyaAllah, words cannot describe it,’ Sandi said on his Instagram.

‘Many thanks for the prayers from all of you; please continue to pray that Baby A grows up to be a pious, healthy, strong, and blessed child for those around him/her, amin ya rabbalalamin.’

From the photos he posted, the happy family will soon be leaving the hospital or medical facility.

Athhera and Panji are known to live in the United States. The couple were married in New York in September 2023.
