In line with the national discipline program, sanctions must
taken against operators of dirty buses, particularly the limited
air conditioned buses. Bus drivers caught with dirty vehicles
must be fined and a notice must be sent to their company.

I think the problem of dirty buses is due to the negligence of
the company to get its bus crews to keep their vehicles clean.
Bus cleanliness is essential to ensure passengers' convenience.
