Sanctions Against Solo Sub-District Officer Who Posted Rio Haryanto's Data Set to Be Signed

The Solo City Government (Pemkot Solo) has determined the sanctions to be imposed on the former officer of Penumpang sub-district who disclosed documents belonging to Rio Haryanto. The sanctions are set to be signed by the Mayor of Solo imminently.

“Yes, what I mean is that I am simply waiting for the mayor’s signature. God willing, we will submit it today,” said Beni Supartono Putro, Head of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), when met at the Putri Cempo landfill site on Monday (23 February 2025).

Beni declined to reveal the specific sanctions determined by the Solo city government. He stated that the sanctions to be imposed are already final.

“We have already held a meeting. To be honest, I dare not disclose anything before the official decree is issued. This means action has already been taken and it is final — final, final — meaning we have adjusted it in accordance with the regulations, and it now only requires the mayor’s endorsement,” he said.

The former Banjarsari Sub-District Head said the disciplinary hearing had already been convened and was attended by officials from BKPSDM, the Inspectorate, the legal division, and assistants to the mayor.

“The case hearing consisted of us — myself from BKPSDM, the Inspector, then the Regional Secretary, representatives from the legal division, and also assistants. There were five elements involved in the hearing, and a decision has been reached. It now only remains to be formalised in an official decree,” he explained.
