Samudera Indonesia Director Bani Maulana Mulia Increases Share Holdings at Rp388 Price
Bani Maulana Mulia, a director of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR), has further increased his shareholding in the logistics and shipping services provider. According to a disclosure report released on Monday 9 March, the share acquisition was executed for personal investment purposes.
The purchase comprised 1,020,000 share units executed on 6 March 2026 at an execution price of Rp388.00 per share. The total value of the investment transaction reached Rp395.76 million.
“The purpose of this transaction is for investment,” as stated in the SMDR shareholding disclosure report.
Following this increase, Bani Maulana Mulia’s shareholding structure in SMDR changed as follows: shares prior to the transaction totalled 57,242,800 units (0.35%); shares following the transaction total 58,262,800 units (0.36%). The share ownership status is classified as direct holdings of ordinary shares.
Despite holding a board position as a member of the management board, Bani Maulana Mulia has clarified that he is not a controlling shareholder in the company.
