Samsung reportedly set to launch new Galaxy W27 foldable phone in China
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Samsung will launch its latest foldable smartphone, the Samsung W27, in China on 29 October.
According to GSM Arena, in a report published on Tuesday (27 October) local time, the phone’s existence was revealed by technology leaker Evan Blass. The W series is a special, premium line released exclusively for the Chinese market and developed from Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold foldable phones.
Leaked images show the Samsung W27 in dark blue, with gold accents on the hinge, frame and rear camera module. The lower part of the back panel also features the W series’ distinctive logo in a gold finish.
Based on the launches of W-series editions in previous years, the foldable smartphone is expected to come with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
As a premium foldable variant with substantial memory, the Samsung W27 is expected to be expensive when it launches in the coming days.
