Several mobile phone vendors in Indonesia are beginning to adjust their smartphone prices, including Samsung. A number of Galaxy A Series models targeting the entry-level to mid-range segments have been observed to experience price increases as of 1 April 2026, at least compared to prices at the beginning of March. Based on KompasTekno’s monitoring on the official Samsung website and partner marketplaces on Tuesday (1/4/2026), the majority of Galaxy A Series devices have seen price increases ranging from Rp 200,000 to Rp 700,000. In the entry-level segment, the Samsung Galaxy A07 4/64 GB variant is now sold for Rp 1,599,000, up Rp 200,000 from the previous Rp 1,399,000. However, not all models have had price adjustments. For example, the Samsung Galaxy A07 5G 6/128 GB variant is still sold at Rp 2,799,000, unchanged from before. In the mid-range segment, the price increases are more significant. The Samsung Galaxy A26 5G 8/256 GB variant has the highest increase, from Rp 4,299,000 to Rp 4,999,000, or up around Rp 700,000. Similar increases have occurred with the Galaxy A17 5G (8/256 GB), which rose Rp 700,000 to Rp 4,499,000. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A36 5G and Galaxy A56 5G have increased in the range of Rp 400,000 to Rp 600,000, depending on the storage variant. For the flagship Galaxy S Series line, prices tend to be stable. Models such as the Samsung S25, Samsung S25 Ultra, and Galaxy S26 Series have not experienced price changes. However, there is an exception with the Galaxy S25 Edge, which has risen Rp 1 million, from Rp 12,999,000 to Rp 13,999,000. On the other hand, the Samsung S25 FE model has seen a price reduction of up to Rp 700,000. For foldable phones, stock of several models has run out and they are not displayed on the website or partner marketplaces. However, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 12/256 GB and 12/512 GB variants are still available for purchase at the same prices as in early March.
