Samsat Mobile Services Available at Eight Locations Across Detabek Region
Jakarta – The Jakarta Metro Police Department is providing One-Stop Administrative Centre (Samsat) mobile services across eight locations in Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Detabek) to facilitate citizens’ vehicle tax payments on Saturday.
Mobile Samsat services in the Jakarta area are not available today.
Through an X (Twitter) post by the Traffic Unit of Jakarta Metro Police (@tmcpoldametro), citizens wishing to pay vehicle tax (PKB) through the mobile Samsat service are required to bring original identity cards, vehicle ownership documents (BPKB), and registration certificates (STNK) along with photocopies.
Applicants must also ensure they do not have outstanding vehicle tax arrears exceeding one year.
The mobile Samsat service can only process annual vehicle tax payments. Renewal of registration certificates and five-yearly vehicle number plate changes must be conducted at permanent Samsat offices.
The following eight locations will provide mobile Samsat services across Detabek on Saturday:
Tangerang City at Cibodas Public Square and Ayodya Apartment Tangerang from 09.00-11.00 WIB
Serpong at the Samsat parking area from 09.00-11.00 WIB and ITC BSD from 13.00-15.00 WIB
Ciledug at the Samsat parking area and Green Lake City from 09.00-11.00 WIB
Ciputat at the Samsat parking area and Pondok Betung Urban Village from 09.00-11.00 WIB
Kelapa Dua at Gtown House parking area from 09.00-11.00 WIB
Bekasi City at West Bekasi District Office from 09.00-11.00 WIB
Depok at the Samsat parking area and Cipayung Urban Village Office from 08.00-11.00 WIB
Cinere at Pasir Putih Urban Village Office from 08.00-11.00 WIB
