Samsat Mobile Service Locations across 14 Jadetabek Areas on Wednesday

Jakarta — The Jakarta Metropolitan Police opened the Unified Single-Window Administration System (Samsat) mobile service across 14 locations spread throughout Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jadetabek) to enable citizens wishing to pay motor vehicle tax (PKB) to do so on Wednesday.

According to the official X account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the service locations are as follows:

1. Central Jakarta at the Central Jakarta Samsat car park and Banteng Field from 08.00–13.00 WIB;

2. North Jakarta at the North Jakarta Samsat car park and Italy Mall Artha Kelapa Gading car park from 08.00–14.00 WIB;

3. West Jakarta at Mall Citraland from 08.00–14.00 WIB;

4. South Jakarta at the South Jakarta Samsat car park from 09.00–14.00 WIB and in front of Sarinah Warehouse Cikoko Pancoran from 09.00–14.00 WIB;

5. East Jakarta at the East Jakarta Samsat car park and Kramat Jati Central Market from 08.00–14.00 WIB;

6. Tangerang City at Cibodas Square and the Foodmosphere busway car park from 08.00–13.00 WIB;

7. Serpong at Serpong Samsat car park from 08.00–14.00 WIB and ITC BSD Serpong from 15.30–17.30 WIB;

8. Ciledug at Banjar Wijaya Modern Market Cipondoh and Metland Cyber Puri Cipondoh from 09.00–14.00 WIB;

9. Ciputat at Ciputat Samsat car park and Pondok Betung Sub-district Office from 09.00–12.00 WIB;

10. Kelapa Dua at Gtown House Square Gading car park from 08.00–14.00 WIB;

11. Bekasi City at Danau Duta Harapan from 09.00–12.00 WIB;

12. Bekasi Regency at Robson Lippo Cikarang Shophouse from 09.00–12.00 WIB and at the Samsat Office car park from 17.00–18.00 WIB;

13. Depok at Depok Samsat car park from 08.00–14.00 WIB and Tajur Halang District from 09.00–12.00 WIB;

14. Cinere at Pondok Petir Office car park from 08.00–12.00 WIB.

The Samsat mobile service counter only handles annual PKB payments. Five-yearly vehicle tax payments and vehicle licence plate replacements must be carried out directly at your nearest Samsat office.

Alternatively, citizens can utilise the National Digital Samsat Application (SIGNAL) to make PKB payments. The application can be used to pay PKB online across 33 provinces via mobile telephone. Vehicle registration documents will subsequently be sent to the applicant’s address.

However, the application cannot be used by vehicle owners with outstanding taxes exceeding one year. For taxpayers with such arrears, payment must be settled at the nearest Samsat office.
