Salim Reduces Ownership in CBDK to Below 1%

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - An entity within the Salim Group, through PT Tunas Mekar Jaya, has reduced its shareholding in PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK) to below 1%.

According to information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the number of shares held by PT Tunas Mekar Jaya before the transaction was 77,519,380 units. Its voting rights were 1.37%.

After the transaction, its ownership decreased to 52,519,380 units. This figure is equivalent to 0.93% of voting rights.

β€œThe purpose of the transaction is divestment to realise investment value,” as quoted on Thursday, (26/2/2026).

The first transaction was carried out on 12 February 2026, with 17,500,000 shares sold. Furthermore, the second transaction was carried out on 18 February 2026, with 7,500,000 ordinary shares.

The execution price for the transaction was IDR 6,300 per share. Thus, the value of the CBDK share sales by Tunas Mekar Jaya amounted to IDR 157.5 billion.

For information, PT Tunas Mekar Jaya is known as one of the affiliated entities of the Salim Group. The company is owned by Hindarto Budiono (99.99%) and Harris Then (0.0005%).

Hindarto is known as a figure whose business is largely affiliated with the Salim Group. Born on 17 June 1954 in Purwodadi, he is the President Commissioner of Net Sekuritas and holds 59.5% of the shares in the brokerage company. Net Sekuritas is a broker with the code OK, which is affiliated with the Salim Group.
