PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk. (DNET), a Salim Group entity, has secured a revolving credit facility (RCF) worth Rp2 trillion from PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk. (BTPN). The funds will be used to support corporate needs, ranging from working capital to investments within the group. Corporate Secretary DNET Kiki Yanto Gunawan stated that the company signed the 20th Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk. on 23 July 2026. “The credit facility is used to finance the company’s general corporate purposes, including but not limited to working capital, capital expenditure within the company’s group from time to time, and future investments within the company’s group,” Kiki said in an information disclosure on Friday (24/7/2026). Under the agreement, DNET obtained the Rp2 trillion revolving credit facility with a tenor of 12 months from the date of signing. The loan interest is set at the IDR Cost of Fund (COF) plus a margin of 0.75% per annum under a floating rate scheme. Notably, the financing facility was provided as a clean facility, meaning the company is not required to provide collateral or guarantees for the loan. Kiki added that the credit facility does not have a material impact on the company’s financial condition or business continuity, aside from the obligation to pay interest and principal in accordance with the terms of the agreement. PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk. is a Salim Group investment company with a portfolio in the retail, digital infrastructure, and technology sectors. Through its subsidiaries, the company manages telecommunications infrastructure networks that support the operations of Indomaret convenience stores across Indonesia.
