Sailun Introduces Maxam Agricultural Tyres in Indonesia
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Chinese tyre manufacturer Sailun has once again presented a complete range of Maxam tyres, focusing on tyres for off-the-road vehicles.
The introduction of Maxam is aimed at showcasing tyre technology targeting the agricultural, construction and forestry sectors.
James, Director of Off-the-Road Tires at Sailun Asia, said in an official statement on Thursday that tyre technology plays an important role in supporting operational efficiency, particularly in sectors that rely on heavy equipment with high usage intensity.
According to him, the development of compound technology and tyre structure is aimed at improving durability, extending service life and reducing heavy equipment downtime, thereby lowering operational costs.
The manufacturer displayed five Maxam tyre products intended for various heavy-duty applications, namely the MS950 for agricultural tractors and the MS913 for wheel loaders and industrial applications.
In addition, the MS905 for motor graders, the MS951R radial for agricultural vehicles, and the MS968A flotation tyre used on agricultural equipment were also presented.
Beyond showcasing products, the company also provided a number of interactive facilities.
Visitors could access technical information on each product by scanning QR codes containing specifications, recommended air pressure and tyre usage applications.
Sailun also presented a full-size tractor installation to demonstrate the application of Maxam tyres in working conditions resembling field use.
The area also served as a means of demonstrating the products to industry players and visitors.
In line with the growth of agricultural activity and infrastructure development, demand for tyres with high durability and more efficient operational costs is expected to continue rising.
