Sadang Lama Toll Gate Demolished, Access Routes Redirected in Phases

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Since April 2026, traffic has been redirected from the Sadang Lama Toll Gate (Gerbang Tol Sadang Lama) to the Sadang Baru GT as PT Jasamarga Japek Selatan (JJS) continues the reconfiguration of access at the Sadang Interchange (Simpang Susun Sadang) on the Jakarta-Cikampek II Selatan Toll Road. The next phase involves the demolition of GT Sadang Lama and the preparation for the operation of Ramp 5 and Ramp 7 at SS Sadang. During the works, temporary traffic arrangements have been prepared in the form of detour routes to ensure the mobility of road users. Meanwhile, motorists travelling from Jakarta or Bandung towards the Sadang area can still use the existing routes. Traffic management will be implemented in stages, with Senior Manager Representative Office 3 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division, Agus Susilo, stating that all stages of the works will continue to prioritise safety and the smooth flow of traffic for road users.
