S. Jakarta gets new apartments

JAKARTA (JP): P.T. Bumimas Megahprima held a topping off
ceremony yesterday.

The 21-story Bumimas Apartemen, a change of name from Hilltop
Residency following the government requirement for property
developers to drop foreign names, is scheduled to be opened in
September.

"We are one month ahead of schedule. Initially we planned the
ceremony to be held in February," said Trisna Julita, residential
department manager of P.T. Procon Indah, the consultancy group
for Bumimas.

Located in the elite Pondok Indah area, Bumimas is offering
apartments at $1,400 per square meter, with apartment sizes
ranging from 50 to 217 square meters.

From 349 units, 140 have been sold, she said. (14)
