Rusun TOD Manggarai Begins Construction on 21-Hectare Site

The Minister of Coordinating Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, together with the Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi, Head of BP BUMN Dony Oskaria, Chair of the Housing Task Force Hashim Djojohadikusumo, Deputy Minister of Housing and Settlement Fahri Hamzah, and PT Kereta Api Indonesia CEO Bobby Rasyidin, officially launched the apartment construction project in the Manggarai area, Jakarta, on Monday, 16 March 2026.

PT Kereta Api Indonesia is constructing an apartment complex with a capacity of 2,200 residential units across 21 hectares of land using a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept integrated with Manggarai Station, in support of the government’s three million homes programme.
