Rustini Muhaimin: Every Child Deserves a Bright Future
Every one of you is a valuable individual. No matter how heavy the past, it does not determine your future. You have the same opportunity to rise, change, and achieve your aspirations.
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Rustini Muhaimin Iskandar, the coordinator of the Women’s Wing of the Bangsa Party’s Central Executive Board, emphasised that every child deserves a bright future.
“Every one of you is a valuable individual. No matter how heavy the past, it does not determine your future. You have the same opportunity to rise, change, and achieve your aspirations,” she stated in a confirmed press release in Jakarta on Monday.
The statement was delivered by Rustini during her visit to the Marsudi Putra Integrated Social Protection and Rehabilitation Unit in Surabaya, East Java, on Sunday.
The wife of the Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment (Menko PM) Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, also known as Cak Imin, reminded the children under care not to lose hope and to utilise their rehabilitation period as a moment for self-improvement.
“Never feel alone or lose hope. Use the time here to learn, build discipline, and prepare steps for the future. Do not be afraid to dream, because the future is still wide open,” she said.
“I appreciate the companions who, with full patience and dedication, continue to guide the children. This role is very important in rebuilding their self-confidence,” she added.
She affirmed that Perempuan Bangsa will continue to commit to providing support to children undergoing social rehabilitation.
“We will continue to be present to offer support, attention, and encouragement. Our hope is that you can return to society with confidence and bring positive change,” she said.
The visit was conducted to promote the strengthening of the social and psychological aspects of the children under care, while also underscoring the importance of collaboration in the social rehabilitation process.
