Russian Attacks on Ukraine Kill 10 and Injure Dozens
Kyiv (ANTARA) - At least 10 people have been killed and dozens others injured following massive drone and missile attacks launched by Russia against Ukraine on Tuesday night, local authorities reported. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko stated via Telegram that four people died and 58 others were injured in Kyiv, including 40 victims who were rushed to hospitals. Klitschko noted that the strikes triggered fires throughout the capital, damaging several apartment buildings and non-residential facilities. In the central Podilskyi District, a nine-storey apartment building partially collapsed following a suspected missile strike. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated that search and rescue operations at the strike sites were still ongoing as of Tuesday morning. According to reports from the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, at least six people were killed and 36 others injured in the city of Dnipro, central Ukraine.
