The Russian armed forces have continued to launch strikes against Ukrainian ports used for the shipment of goods for the Ukrainian armed forces, according to the Russian Defence Ministry on Wednesday. The ministry stated that four military cargo vessels were targeted in two Ukrainian seaports, Chernomorsk (Chornomorsk) and Dnepro-Bugsky (Dnieper-Bug). Russian forces also attacked port infrastructure facilities, fuel tanks, and drone production and assembly workshops in the ports of Odessa and Chernomorsk. Two dry cargo ships unloading supplies for Ukraine were reportedly hit while at the Dnepro-Bugsky port in the Nikolayev (Mykolaiv) region. Additionally, the ministry said that a strike by Russian ‘Geran’ drone crews destroyed a gas distribution station used by Ukraine in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People’s Republic. The Russian Defence Ministry also released footage of the strikes and stated that its forces continue to target facilities supplying energy to enterprises supporting Ukraine’s military industry.
