Rupiah exchange rate against USD on Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at Bank Mandiri, BCA, and BNI

Indonesia’s rupiah weakened by 37 points, or 0.21%, to Rp 17,781 against the US dollar at 9:55am WIB on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, after closing yesterday at Rp 17,744.

Despite the Composite IndonesiaStock Index (IHSG) rising to 6,214 points today, the rupiah continues to weaken. The strengthening US dollar has caused volatility in Indonesia’s currency.
