Rumah Zakat Wins the Youth Choice Award (Ramadan Edition) 2026 for Best Zakat Distribution Institution
Jakarta — Rumah Zakat Indonesia has again earned recognition for its efforts to build public trust, especially among the younger generation. In the Youth Choice Award (Ramadan Edition) 2026 organised by Marketeers, Rumah Zakat was selected as the winner in the Best Zakat Distribution Institution category.
The Youth Choice Award (Ramadan Edition) 2026 is an awards platform given to Sharia-compliant brands deemed capable of strategically attracting the attention and trust of Generation Z. The assessment is based on surveys involving more than 500 respondents from Gen Z, as well as a selection process conducted by the Marketeers team.
This award is a form of appreciation for Rumah Zakat’s success in building relevance, emotional closeness, and strong trust among Generation Z. This indicates that Rumah Zakat’s various programmes, social campaigns, and digital innovations are able to reach young people and foster loyalty and consumer advocacy.
At the awards ceremony held as part of Islamic Entrepreneurial Marketing 2026 at Auditorium 7 CGV Grand Indonesia, Jakarta, on Thursday 5 March 2026, the award was received by Didi Sabir, Chief Marketing & Digital Fundraising Officer of Rumah Zakat.
Didi Sabir said the award will motivate Rumah Zakat to continue innovating in zakat management and to strengthen communications with the younger generation.
“Thank you to Gen Z for choosing Rumah Zakat as the preferred institution to channel their zakat,” he said.
Through this award, Rumah Zakat hopes to continue to strengthen public trust and widen the impact of good through sustainable empowerment programmes.
