RRI Supervisory Board Selection Opens for Public Input on Candidate Track Records

The public has the opportunity to provide information or track record feedback on 60 candidates who have passed the paper test stage in the selection process for members of the Supervisory Board of the Public Broadcasting Institution Radio Republik Indonesia (Dewas LPP RRI) for the 2026–2031 period. Edwin Hidayat Abdullah, Chair of the Selection Committee for LPP RRI Supervisory Board Candidates for 2026–2031, stated that public involvement is an important part of ensuring the selection process runs transparently, accountably, and produces the best figures to carry out the mandate as the RRI Supervisory Board. “Public participation is a crucial element in this selection process. Input from the public will be one of the considerations for the Selection Committee in assessing the integrity, capacity, and suitability of candidates for the RRI Supervisory Board,” Edwin said in a statement confirmed in Jakarta on Monday. “We invite the public to participate responsibly by conveying accurate information supported by adequate data,” he continued. This track record input stage is being carried out in parallel with the psychological assessment evaluation which took place on 17–19 June 2026 in Jakarta.
