Roslan: 2025 Realisation and 2026 Investment Projections Show Positive Trend, with Japanese-Korean Investment Commitment of Rp570 Trillion

Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto received the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM, Rosan Roeslani, at Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, on Tuesday (21/04/2026). According to a press release received by the JatimUPdate.id editorial team on Wednesday evening (22/04/2026) from Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, during the meeting, the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming reported the achievements of investment realisation throughout 2025 as well as the projections and potential investments for 2026. “Mr Rosan presented a report on the 2025 investment realisation and the 2026 investment potential, which shows a positive trend in various strategic sectors,” said Cabinet Secretary Teddy in his press release. Furthermore, the Cabinet Secretary explained that the President also received a report on the developments in investment commitments from Japan and the Republic of Korea, amounting to around Rp570 trillion. “Mr Rosan also reported to President Prabowo on the details of the investment commitments from Japan and the Republic of Korea, totalling Rp570 trillion,” said Teddy. Moreover, the Cabinet Secretary explained that the Government continues to encourage the acceleration of investment realisation. “The acceleration of investment realisation aims to strengthen national economic growth, create jobs, and increase added value through sustainable downstreaming programmes,” stated Teddy.
