Chief Executive Officer of Danantara, Rosan Roeslani, has explained that the process of preparing the financial report for the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara Indonesia) is still ongoing, hence it has not yet been released to the public. According to him, Danantara’s financial report differs from that of ordinary companies because the investment management agency consolidates more than 1,000 companies. “We are consolidating over 1,000 companies, that is the first point. According to the Limited Liability Company Law, the financial report, if it is not a publicly listed company, is due by the end of June. By mid-June,” said Rosan, as quoted from Antara on Tuesday, 16 June 2026. Nevertheless, Rosan stated that all of Danantara’s financial data has been submitted to the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), which is tasked with conducting the audit. He emphasised that Danantara has never been secretive regarding its financial report. Rosan said that whenever conducting investment promotions, Danantara always shows financial data to prospective investors. Furthermore, Rosan stressed that Danantara is committed to always being open and transparent about its financial reports. “We display our data and they (prospective investors) can also see it. They can calculate and analyse the financial reports we issue. We report it even though it has not been audited by the BPK,” he said. He added that Danantara’s financial data presented on various occasions has received a positive response from prospective investors. Danantara will release its financial report after the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) for all state-owned enterprises is completed at the end of June. Danantara’s financial report is the result of consolidation from all state-owned enterprises’ financial reports.
