I moved to Jakarta in 1997 and the situation then was quite
different from what it is now.

It is true that Jakarta has been physically developed but,
unfortunately, the majority of its residents are not mentally
ready for this advanced development.

The traffic congestion in Jakarta, for example, is the result
of a bad driving attitude, particularly in public transportation.

Therefore, the governor must see to it that public
transportation in Jakarta is well-managed to ensure that there
will be no more traffic congestion in Jakarta.
