Robbers caught in raid

BOGOR (JP): Local police apprehended seven of 10 alleged
notorious armed robbers and confiscated two assembled guns from
them in the wee hours of Thursday.

Bogor Police chief Lt. Col. Toto Adi Kuncoro identified the
seven as Fahrul, 35, Tatang, 39, Heri Purwanto, 41, Cepi, 30,
Oding, 30, Hari, 35, and Muchlasin, 35.

"We're still tracking down the other three members of the
group.

"We had been stalking the group for sometime prior to making
the arrests," Toto said, adding that Muchlasin was arrested in
Cigudeg village in Ciampea district during a wedding party.

The group stole valuable items worth many millions of rupiah
during robberies in separate areas of Bogor. (21/edt)
