Road works neglected

The construction under the M.T. Haryono overpass (from Jalan
Supomo to Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu) appears to have been abandoned
for over a month.

The unfinished work, which is to widen the road, is causing
additional traffic snarls at the intersection.

Who is responsible? The contractor? Or the employer who in
this case is the highway authority agency of the public works
department within the Jakarta administration.

We would like to ask Bina Marga of DKI Jaya to finish the
works as soon as possible. The traffic congestion is getting
worse everyday.
