RMKE Stock Split at 1:5 Ratio, Here's the Schedule
PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) will execute a stock split with a 1:5 ratio. The corporate action was approved by shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB). According to information disclosed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), this action will convert every 1 old share into 5 new shares, reducing the nominal value from Rp100 per share to Rp20 per share. Management stated on Monday (13/7/2026) that shareholders approved the stock split, changing the nominal value from Rp100.00 per share to Rp20.00 per share. Shareholders also approved an amendment to Article 4 of the Company’s Articles of Association to adjust the capital structure following the stock split. Under the change, the company’s authorised capital remains at Rp1.4 trillion but is now divided into 70 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp20 per share. Of this authorised capital, 31.25% or 21,875,000,000 shares have been issued and fully paid, with a total nominal value of Rp437,500,000,000 by the shareholders. With the 1:5 split ratio, the number of issued and fully paid shares increases fivefold from 4.375 billion shares to 21.875 billion shares. Meanwhile, the total authorised capital increases from 14 billion shares to 70 billion shares, while the nominal value per share drops from Rp100 to Rp20. The company has also set the schedule for the corporate action. The last trading day for shares with the old nominal value on the regular and negotiation markets is 16 July 2026. Shares with the new nominal value will begin trading on the regular and negotiation markets on 17 July 2026. The recording date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive the stock split shares is set for 20 July 2026, with the distribution of the new nominal value shares to be carried out on 21 July 2026. Trading on the cash market will be suspended from 17-20 July 2026 and will resume using the new nominal value on 21 July 2026. As of 14:50 WIB, RMKE shares were up 6.16% to 2,240, although the stock has fallen 62.18% year-to-date.
