Riva Siahaan Sentenced to 9 Years in Prison for Corruption

Former Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, attended the sentencing hearing for the alleged corruption case involving the management of crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina (Persero) Subholding and its contractors between 2018 and 2023 at the Corruption Court (Tipikor), Jakarta, Thursday (26/2/2026).

The panel of judges sentenced former Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan, and former Director of Marketing at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Maya Kusmaya, to nine years in prison and a fine of IDR 1 billion, with a subsidiary of 190 days imprisonment, as well as former VP of Trading Operations at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Edward Corne, to ten years in prison and a fine of IDR 1 billion, with a subsidiary of 190 days imprisonment.
