Rismon camp finalises SP3 in Jokowi fake diploma accusation case
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar’s camp visited Metro Jaya Police Headquarters to finalise the SP3 (Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan) in the case of the accusation of a fake diploma against the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi). “Today we are at Metro Jaya Police Headquarters to discuss and finalise the SP3 for Rismon. So, colleagues, today is the finalisation of the SP3. Once again, I say, finalisation of the SP3. That means it’s already final,” said Rismon’s legal representative, Jahmada Girsang, at Metro Jaya Police HQ on Wednesday. According to him, it should have been the Director of Criminal Investigation at Metro Jaya Police who provided the statement or information first, but since the Director was occupied with important matters, he gave the statement first. “Because the Director has a very important task, he couldn’t provide a statement today. However, the main point is that we can say everything is settled. We just don’t want to read out its contents yet. Clearly, it’s final,” he said. To finalise it definitively in legal terms, the Director of Criminal Investigation at Metro Jaya Police will hold a press conference on Thursday (16/4) first, after which the team will give a full press conference. “Today we are only informing about the internal situation, that everything is okay. Actually, I already have everything in hand, but I don’t want to overstep the Director who has been so kind to us,” he stated. “The entire restorative justice process is my initiative, based on the research I conducted. Logically, I asked for forgiveness and was forgiven, so why would I be given money? On the contrary, I should be the one providing compensation to Mr Joko Widodo, but he did not demand it,” he said. He assured that there was no money involved in this RJ, but it was purely his initiative, which he had coordinated with the investigators and legal representatives. “Regarding the book Jokowi’s White Paper. As researchers, we must be independent and free from bias. If the research is wrong, we must be ready to admit it,” said Rismon. Previously, the suspect in the case of the accusation of a fake diploma report against the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Rismon Hasiholan Sianipar, stated that the restorative justice (Restorative Justice/RJ) he proposed had no influence from anyone. “Today the RJ process is without coercion, without intervention from any party, purely from the results of my new research involving variables such as geometry, lighting, and resolution variables,” he said when met at Metro Jaya Police Headquarters on Wednesday (1/4).
