Rising Due to War: PT Antam Gold Price Soars Today
Jakarta — PT Antam Tbk’s Logam Mulia (Precious Metals) gold products surged during trading on Thursday, 2 March 2026.
According to data from PT Antam’s official website, logammulia.com, at 08:30 WIB, gold prices at the LM Graha Dipta Pulo Gadung boutique in Jakarta were quoted at IDR 3,135,000 per gram, up IDR 50,000 from the previous trading day.
The price increase followed Saturday’s trading, when Antam Logam Mulia gold climbed IDR 40,000 to IDR 3,085,000 per gram.
Additionally, Antam’s gold buyback prices strengthened, with today’s buyback level at IDR 2,914,000 per gram, up IDR 50,000 from the previous trading session.
The price movement of Antam Logam Mulia gold aligned with global gold performance.
On Monday, 2 March 2026 at 06:28 WIB, global gold prices surged 1.4% to USD 5,360.49 per troy ounce. This marks the first time gold has returned to the USD 5,300 level since December 2025.
According to Refinitiv data, global gold prices closed at USD 5,277.29, strengthening 1.74% during Friday’s trading (27 February 2026). This level represents the highest in the past month, or since 30 January 2026. On a weekly basis, global gold prices surged 3.41%.
