Stress, lack of sleep, diet, and daily lifestyle significantly affect skin health and overall body condition,” said Dr. Yessica Tania at the talkshow titled ‘Radiate from the Inside: Delightful Wellness, the New Enjoyable Self-care Essentials’ in Jakarta on Friday, 29 May 2026.
