Currently, checking electricity consumption no longer needs to be done manually. Customers can view their electricity usage history through the application available on their devices. One of the features available in the application is the electricity usage history, which displays usage data in the form of a graph. Through this feature, customers can access electricity usage information from the last few months directly from their mobile phones. The displayed data can serve as a reference to identify electricity consumption trends over a specific period.
How to Check PLN Electricity Consumption on PLN Mobile
Here are the steps to view electricity consumption through the PLN Mobile application, as summarised from the PLN Instagram account:
Open the Token and Payment Menu: After logging into the PLN Mobile application, select the ‘Token & Pembayaran’ menu available on the main page. This menu is used to access various services related to electricity customers, including electricity usage information.
Enter or Select Customer ID: Next, enter the customer ID number you wish to check. If the customer number is already saved in the application, you can select it directly from the available list.
Select the Usage History Tab: After entering the customer page, select the ‘Riwayat Penggunaan’ tab. In this section, the application will display electricity usage data based on a specific period.
View the Electricity Usage Graph: The available graph will display electricity usage history for up to the last six months. This data can be used to see changes in electricity consumption from month to month in more detail.
