The government should take proper action to overcome problems
arising from the distribution of cheap rice for the poor, given
that the rice has been diverted to the wrong targets. This
practice will benefit only certain people and the poor get hardly
any.

This should be openly discussed because the practice is
comparable with corruption and must be eliminated. The government
must take strict measures against the perpetrators as many of us
still live below the poverty line.
