RI to host stores' meeting

JAKARTA (JP): PT Matahari Duta Prima will host the 49th general assembly of the Intercontinental Group of Department Stores (IGDS) in June.

"I have prepared a range of activities to promote Indonesia's tourism industry," Hari Dharmawan, president of Matahari Duta Prima, said in a statement yesterday.

The Lausanne-based IGDS, which currently has 26 members from 25 countries, has elected Hari as its new president for the period 1995-1997 . (rid)
