RI, Mauritius sign tax deal
JAKARTA (JP): The governments of Indonesia and Mauritius signed an agreement here yesterday on avoiding double taxation.
The agreement was signed by Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Alatas and Mauritius Minister of Finance Jacques Chasteu De Balyon on the sidelines of the 24th ministerial meeting of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC).
Both ministers expect the signing of the agreement on the avoidance of double taxation will further encourage bilateral trade activities. (hen)
