RI firms' ratings withdrawn
JAKARTA (JP): Credit ratings firm Standard & Poor's said on
Monday it had withdrawn its corporate credit ratings of several
Indonesian companies.
"The rating withdrawals are a result of the prolonged debt
restructuring at these companies," the firm said in a statement.
The companies are PT Fajar Surya Wisesa, PT Inti Indorayon
Utama, PT Polysindo Eka Perkasa, PT Tri Polyta Indonesia Tbk and
PT Datakom Asia.
Standard & Poor's also said it had withdrawn the ratings of
senior secured notes issued by FSW International Finance Co. B.V.
and guaranteed by Fajar; senior unsecured notes issued by
Indorayon, Indorayon International Finance B.V. and guaranteed by
Indorayon; senior secured notes issued by Polysindo, Polysindo
International Finance Co., B.V. and guaranteed by Polysindo;
senior secured notes issued by Tri Polyta Finance B.V. and
guaranteed by Tri Polyta; senior unsecured notes issued by
Pratama Datakom Asia B.V. and guaranteed by Datakom.
All of them were rated 'D', Standard & Poor's said. (jsk)
