RI employees to get 13% pay rise

Indonesian workers are projected to receive an average 13 percent increase in salary next year, according to a survey conducted by Mercer Human Resources Consulting.

Previously The Jakarta Post misquoted the survey as stating that the pay hike is projected to increase by 6.5 percent.

In a statement made available on Thursday, Mercer said Indonesian workers were projected to get an average 13 percent pay hike next year. Based on the assumption that the inflation rate will reach 6.5 percent next year, Indonesian workers will get a real pay hike of 6.5 percent on average.

Below is a table of the world's top five ranked countries which will get the highest pay hikes.
