RI crude prices surge
TOKYO (Dow Jones): Unofficial prices for Indonesian crude
grades for September have risen sharply from official August
levels, in line with a surge in the Persian Gulf grades,
according to industry calculations released late Thursday.
Indonesian price rises in September ranged from US$2.20 a
barrel to $2.47/bbl.
Sumatra Light Crude, or Minas, for September is unofficially
set at $21.80/bbl, up $2.25 from its August Indonesian crude
price of $19.55/bbl. Duri is at $20.73/bbl, up $2.20 from
$18.53/bbl in August. Widuri is at $21.06/bbl, up $2.26 from
$18.80/bbl in August.
Cinta is at $21.19/bbl unofficially, up $2.22 from $18.97/bbl
in August. Attaka for September is at $23.03/bbl, $2.47 higher
than $20.56/bbl in August.
