RI businesspeople in Hanoi

JAKARTA (JP): Indonesian businesspeople in Vietnam agreed last week to establish an association in a bid to promote their business activities in the country.

The entrepreneurs also agreed to elect Hernowo of the Prima Comexindo trading house as chairman of the new business group, Antara reported Saturday.

There are at least 21 branches of Indonesian companies operating in various fields of business in Vietnam at present. (hen)
