Revenue Rises, Petrosea's Net Profit in 2025 Surges 197 Percent

JAKARTA — Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), an energy company affiliated with the Prajogo Pangestu conglomerate, posted a rise in net profit for 2025, supported by revenue growth and improved operational performance across its business lines. In its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, Petrosea reported a net profit for the year of US$28.8 million, up from US$9.952 million in 2024. The profit pertains to the consolidated results of Petrosea and its subsidiaries for the year. The 2025 net profit rose by 197% year on year. Non-controlling interests amounted to US$6.198 million, up from US$0.253 million in the previous year. Overall the increase meant Petrosea’s net profit in 2025 was more than triple the year before.

The rise in net profit was supported by revenue growth. For 2025, Petrosea recorded revenues of US$886.459 million, up from US$690.811 million in 2024. On the operating side, the company posted gross profit of US$112.225 million for 2025, up from US$90.289 million in the previous year. In the same note, Petrosea recorded selling and administrative expenses of US$44.757 million, down from US$51.627 million in 2024. On the other hand, interest and finance costs rose to US$55.699 million, compared to US$25.897 million in the prior year.
