Revealed! Summarecon Boss Suspected of Transferring Rp1.5 Billion to Nusron's Trusted Aide
Jakarta, VIVA – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has revealed a flow of Rp1.5 billion in a suspected bribery case concerning the processing of building use rights (HGB) for Summarecon in Bogor Regency, West Java.
The funds are alleged to have originated from the President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, and to have been delivered through a number of intermediaries to Erwin, described as a trusted aide of Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid.
Adrianto has now been named a suspect by the KPK in the case. Acting Director of KPK Investigations Achmat Taufik Husein explained that the matter began with an application to extend or split HGB titles into freehold certificates (SHM) for land managed by Summarecon in Bogor Regency.
Problems arose because part of the land was still allegedly under dispute with a number of owners or heirs who claimed to hold freehold certificates (SHM).
In fact, the heirs had filed a lawsuit against the issuance of Summarecon’s HGB at the Bandung State Administrative Court (PTUN). The suit was directed against the Head of the West Java Regional Office of ATR/BPN and the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office.
“The Bogor Regency Land Office then invited the heirs to mediation. The heirs subsequently requested a block on Summarecon’s HGB. Meanwhile, the heirs withdrew their lawsuit at the Bandung PTUN,” he said on Tuesday, 15 September 2026.
The situation prompted Summarecon to seek a way to lift the block and proceed with the HGB split.
Summarecon’s intermediary, Yaser Alfarisi, then communicated with Erwin. In that communication, Erwin stated that the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office, Sontang Coin Manurung, would not lift the block or process the HGB split without instructions from his superior.
Yaser, together with another intermediary, Rizal Pahlevi, then approached Erwin to help bridge communication with Sontang.
From this chain of communications, the KPK found a request for a fee using the code “two”. That figure is alleged to refer to a demand for Rp2 billion.
However, Summarecon was only prepared to pay Rp1.5 billion. The reason was that there were other parties allegedly due to receive broker fees in the process.
“On 27 August 2026, Mr ADR (Adrianto Pitojo Adhi) as President Director of Summarecon, through YA and LEV, is suspected of handing over money amounting to Rp1.5 billion to ERW,” he said.
