The Narcotics Crime Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency has revealed that the practice of narcotics distribution at a nightlife venue in South Jakarta has been ongoing for approximately two years. In developing the case, police arrested the owner and director, as well as the operations manager of the nightclub.

Director of Narcotics Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Eko Hadi Santoso, stated that suspect Alex Kurniawan (42), the owner, admitted to knowing about the narcotics distribution at the entertainment venue since 2024.

“The suspect admitted to the presence of narcotics distribution at White Rabbit since 2024,” said Eko in his statement on Wednesday (20/3/2026).

“The suspect also admitted to allowing the narcotics distribution for the purpose and intent of keeping his entertainment venue crowded with customers,” he continued.

In addition to Alex, police arrested Yaser Leopold Talahatu (38), who serves as the operations manager. Yaser is known to have given approval when guests ordered narcotics through waiters or servers.

“Yaser also admitted that suspect Rully, as supervisor, always confirmed with the suspect when there were guests wanting to order and buy narcotics,” Eko revealed.

The uncovering of this case is a development from the previous arrest of five suspects, namely two dealers Farid Ridwan and Erwin Septian, as well as three employees Rully Endrae (supervisor), Memo Hasian Nababan alias Sean (captain), and Rizky Fridayanti alias Kiki (waiter).

This case began with an investigation into alleged narcotics distribution located on Jalan Gatot Subroto, Kuningan Barat, South Jakarta. From examinations of the employees, it was revealed that management was involved in the illegal practice.

Police then pursued the two suspects. Yaser was arrested on Wednesday (18/3) around 4:45 PM WIB at RSUD dr Chasbullah Abdulmadjid, Bekasi. Meanwhile, Alex was secured on the same day around 10:30 PM WIB in the North Serpong area, South Tangerang.

During questioning, Alex also revealed that the narcotics distribution at the entertainment venue was coordinated by a man known as Koko. Currently, police are still hunting for ‘Koko’, who is suspected to be the main supplier in the network.

“Including tracing the flow of funds and possible money laundering crimes,” Eko concluded.

The seven suspects in this case are:

  1. Farid Ridwan (38), as a provider and distributor of narcotics;

  2. Rully Endrae (41), as a supervisor who called Ridwan if there were drug orders from guests after being contacted and assessed by Yaser;

  3. Memo Hasian Nababan alias Sean (27), as a captain who called the supervisor to assess guests ordering drugs;

  4. Rizky Fridayanti alias Kiki (23), as a waiter who called the captain if there were guests wanting to order narcotics;

  5. Erwin Septian alias Ewing (36), as a dealer or provider of drugs;

  6. Alex Kurniawan (42) as the owner and director;

  7. Yaser Leopold Talahatu (38) as the operations manager.
