Revealed: 8 Companies in the IPO Pipeline at the Indonesia Stock Exchange
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has recorded that there are currently eight prospective issuers set to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesian capital market. BEI Director of Corporate Assessment I Gede Nyoman Yetna stated that the sectors include one critical consumer goods company, two non-critical consumer goods companies, four healthcare companies, and one infrastructure company. “To date, there are 8 companies in the BEI’s share listing pipeline,” he wrote in a statement. Meanwhile, Nyoman noted that as of 26 June 2026, one company had been listed on the capital market, raising approximately Rp 500 billion. The eight prospective issuers in the pipeline consist of one company with small-scale assets below Rp 50 billion, one company with medium-scale assets between Rp 50 billion and Rp 250 billion, and six companies with large-scale assets above Rp 250 billion. Ahead of the end of the first semester of this year, six prospective issuers are scheduled to list on the capital market in July 2026. These six companies are PT Niramas Utama Tbk. (JELI), PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (PRDL), PT Esa Medika Mandiri Tbk (EMMI), PT Nitrasanata Dharma Tbk. (JECX), PT Bach Multi Global Tbk (BACH), and Raffi Ahmad’s company, PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS).
