Return Traffic: Local One-Way Implemented on Semarang Toll Road

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) supports the traffic engineering in the form of a local one-way scheme at the discretion of the Police on the Semarang toll road sections A, B, and C, from KM 425 to KM 422, on Thursday (26/3) at 13.32 WIB. This step is taken to anticipate the increase in vehicle volume during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 H/2026 return period, particularly those heading west or to Jakarta via the Batang–Semarang toll road. “The implementation of this local one-way is an anticipatory measure to maintain the smooth flow of increasing vehicle traffic during the return period,” said Ria in her official statement. “We urge road users to continue paying attention to traffic signs and following the directions of officers in the field for collective safety,” Ria added. JTT also urges Trans Java toll road users to prioritise safety by ensuring physical condition and vehicle readiness before the journey. Users are also asked to ensure sufficient electronic money balance and comply with signs and directions from officers in the field.
