Return Tickets from Jakarta to South Korea Available for Just Over £1,000 in Latest Promotion
KOMPAS.com - The Korea Hybrid Travel Fair is offering a number of attractive promotions, one of which is a promotion for plane tickets to South Korea for return flights for only £1,000.
“The most attractive promotion is a £133 discount available in a flash sale at 7:00 PM. With this promotion, customers can buy return tickets to Korea for around £1,000,” said Head of Partnerships at Traveloka, Stevens Hendrajaya, at the opening of the Korea Hybrid Travel Fair at the Gandaria City mall, Friday (May 15, 2026).
He added that another promotion offered is a discount of up to £133 for trips to Korea using the Traveloka Paylater promotion.
At the same event, another online travel agent (OTA), Tiket.com, also offered attractive promotions during the exhibition.
“Customers who buy plane tickets can get a discount of up to £166 directly at our booth. So take advantage of it immediately because the quota is limited,” said Head of Revenue Management at tiket.com, Reda Abdul Rasyid, Friday.
Meanwhile, BRI bank, as the partner bank, also offers attractive promotions, in the form of cashback of up to £266 for transactions using BRI credit cards.
The 2026 Korea Hybrid Travel Fair was held from May 15-17, 2026, at the Gandaria City mall. This travel exhibition combines two OTAs, Traveloka and tiket.com, in collaboration with a number of airlines, and the partner bank, BRI.
Director of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) for Indonesia, Kim Jisun, said that the exhibition aims to promote tourism in Korea.
As well as, attracting Indonesian tourists to visit South Korea, as part of the target of 440,000 Indonesian tourist visits to South Korea in 2026.
“This event is held as one of the efforts to achieve the target of 440,000 Indonesian tourist visits to South Korea,” said Kim Jisun when met at the opening of the 2026 Korea Hybrid Travel Fair at the Gandaria City mall, Friday (May 15, 2026).
According to Kim Jisun, one of the special features of this travel exhibition is that it is presented in a hybrid format. So, promotions can be obtained online and offline.
“We combine the convenience of online with the perfect offline experience. At this event, visitors can enjoy cultural activities directly, while also getting exclusive travel offers and plane tickets at special prices from our OTA partners,” said Kim Jisun.
“Based on our data, Korea is one of the top five destinations in our travel industry. So the number of tourists to Korea is very large and its growth is also very good,” said Anton.
