Retired Lieutenant General Appointed as President Director of State Printer Peruri
The position of President Director of Perum Peruri previously held by Dwina Septiani Wijaya has been replaced as of Wednesday. The new President Director is retired Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) Lieutenant General Teguh Arief Indratmoko.
The change was confirmed by the Head of the Supervisory Board for State-Owned Enterprises (BP-BUMN), Dony Oskaria, following a limited meeting with President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta. “I think if it has been announced, perhaps yes (the change of Peruri’s President Director). Because I was inside (the limited meeting) earlier. But the decision already exists,” Dony said, as reported by Antara.
The change is stipulated in BP-BUMN Decree Number: 345 of 2026 and Decree Number: 346 of 2026 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the President Director and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Peruri, dated 15 July 2026.
Regarding the appointment of a retired military officer as the new President Director, Dony Oskaria stated that the placement of directors in each state-owned enterprise is tailored to the respective needs. According to him, Peruri has different characteristics compared to general commercial enterprises because it holds a strategic function related to the security and safeguarding of state documents.
He emphasised that this consideration formed the basis for determining the figure deemed appropriate to lead Peruri in accordance with the company’s needs and strategic function. “So all director placements depend on our needs,” he said.
In addition to the president director, BP-BUMN appointed Geerhan Lantara as the Chairman of the Peruri Supervisory Board.
