Retaliating for Leader's Death, Iran to Attack Apple, Tesla, and Google Offices
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard has threatened to attack several leading US technology companies. The attacks will be carried out to avenge several Iranian leaders killed in joint US and Israel strikes. Citing AFP and The Times of Israel, on Tuesday (31/3/2026), there are 18 US technology companies on the list for Iran to attack. Among them are Microsoft, Google, Apple, Intel, IBM, Tesla, and Boeing. “These companies, starting at 8:00 PM Tehran time on Wednesday, 1 April, must expect the destruction of their related units as compensation for every killing in Iran,” the Revolutionary Guard said in a statement. “We advise the employees of these institutions to immediately leave their workplaces for the sake of their lives,” it added. This threat emerges as President Donald Trump stated he is engaging in diplomacy aimed at ending the conflict. Trump also threatened to strengthen the US-Israel campaign against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Revolutionary Guard’s statement said that the US government and technology giants have ignored warnings about the need to stop operations targeting high-ranking Iranian officials. Iran accuses these technology companies of being “key elements in designing and tracking assassination targets”. “As a result, these 18 companies – which also include Intel, Microsoft, and Oracle, as well as electric car company Tesla, analytics firm Palantir, and chip giant Nvidia – risk facing retaliation,” the statement said. “Companies that actively participate in terrorist plans will face retaliatory actions for every targeted killing,” the statement said. US and Israel strikes in Iranian territory began on 28 February 2026. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and top Revolutionary Guard commander Mohammad Pakpour were killed on the first day of the war, with the US and Israel attempting to eliminate Iran’s entire leadership. Influential Islamic Republic security chief Ali Larijani has also been killed, along with many other key figures. Israel and the United States say they have dealt a major blow to Iran by killing senior officials, but some analysts say the Islamic Republic has shown resilience and the ability to recover from such setbacks.
