Results of the Polri Reform Commission for Prabowo: 10 Thick Books, One with 3,000 Pages

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Member of the Commission for Accelerating Police Reform (Polri) Mahfud MD revealed that the results of their work, which they will report to President Prabowo Subianto, take the form of 10 thick books. “There are 10 thick books, eight of which are verbatim transcripts of public voices and Polri’s own plans, and the other two are summaries,” said Mahfud at the Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday (5/5/2026). Yusril claimed that the Police Reform Commission has completed its tasks since two months ago. “There is a report as thick as 3,000 pages, there is one with 300 pages, and one with just 3 pages. So, it can be read by the President in a short form, allowing him to understand well the proposals submitted by the Committee for Accelerating Police Reform to the President,” said Yusril.
