Rest Area at Km 52B on Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Temporarily Closed, Here's the Reason

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has temporarily closed the Rest Area at Km 52B on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road towards Jakarta on Tuesday (24/3/2026). JTT Vice President for Corporate Secretary & Legal, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that this policy is implemented to support smooth traffic flow and anticipate vehicle congestion entering the toll road rest area during the Idul Fitri 1447 Hijriah return period. The temporary closure of Rest Area Km 52B is carried out situationally based on on-site traffic conditions and coordination with the Indonesian National Police to maintain safety and smoothness of travel for road users on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. Ria explained that this step is part of traffic management efforts to keep vehicle flow on the main toll lane smooth. “The temporary closure of Rest Area Km 52B is to reduce the potential for vehicle queues entering and exiting the rest area, which could impact traffic flow on the main lane. JTT, together with the police, continues to monitor traffic conditions periodically and will make situational adjustments to the arrangements,” said Ria. JTT urges all Trans Java Toll Road users to plan their journeys well and utilise other available rest areas along the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. Road users are also expected to ensure vehicle conditions and drivers are in prime condition, maintain safe distances, and follow instructions from on-site officers and applicable traffic signs. JTT apologises for any inconvenience arising from the temporary closure of the rest area. The latest traffic condition information can be accessed via the Travoy application or by contacting the Jasa Marga One Call Center at 133, which operates 24 hours.
